About the Director

Arthur Bletchly (please click to email him) BSc Estate Management MRICS MEWI worked in the public sector mainly in Wales since graduating in 1973 and gained much experience of valuing and managing a wide range of property for different purposes. He read rural and urban estate management at degree level, and started work for the Forestry Commission in Cardiff in 1973. He moved to the Property Services Agency in Brecon, Mid Glamorgan County Council and the Valuation Office again in Cardiff, but in 1990 returned to local government at Caerphilly, where he was a cost centre manager for over 12 years. Arthur established bValued in 2004.

Gareth Woods is doing a College of Estate Management/ Reading University Post graduate diploma in estate management and doing his assessment of professional competence to become a member of the RICS. Harinath Gokulchandren MBA MSc is in charge of Information and Technology issues. Thomas Bletchly is in charge of TSST autobody refinishing.
